Didn't Take it

Just to let ya'll know we decided not to take the house off Diagonal Street. We were looking at our budget and we think that right now in our life the cost of the house with out any of the utilities included would be just too much to take on. We want to find a place for less that has water, sewer and garbage included, and we're sure we can find that. So we will keep looking. We did get approved for the rent and the Property Management place said we could lease something else there with out having to re-apply.
