Crackin' Sherry

Chapter has been saying this all day today and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what the heck he was saying.  Then at lunch I figured it out.  When Merit is fussy sometimes we say "Meri, Meri, quite contrary, how does your garden grow..."  And that's what he was saying. He said the whole thing at lunch, "Meri, Meri, crackin' sherry..."  I'm still "crackin'" up about it:)
